Since 2004 Levin & Chetkof has focused on its client relationships, representing our clients from the initiation of a matter/claim all the way through to its conclusion. Our intent has always been to create a personal experience that allows the client to comfortably seek answers to all of his/her/its legal questions. Each person is different - and so is the manner in which we deal with each respective client. We also ensure that our clients receive the full picture, which often leads to a candid explanation of the likelihood of success and the economics of a particular issue at the outset so as to enable a client to make a prudent fiscal determination before becoming involved in extensive litigation/representation. Proceeding in an open and forthright manner from the outset allows us to build a rapport with our clients that often transcends the particular matter we are handling. In fact, we believe that it's this very sincerity that leads past clients to seek out our perspective or guidance on all types of legal/business matters. Of course, in the event that the Firm does not handle the particular issue being presented we will guide them to the appropriate counsel so that their interests are protected.
